This is a cable-knit scarf I made for my guy. :-) It took longer than any other project! It's six feet two inches (for his height) and has thirty six cables (for his age). It was made from an undyed australian wool. Posted by Hello

Here's a very cool scarf that Bard was commissioned to make for a little girl whose school colors are black and orange. The black is chenille and the orange is eyelash. Posted by Hello

Knitting Marilyn's Hat... Posted by Hello

This was a prototype of The Wizard's Cap from Melanie Falick's book, Kids Knitting. I made it out of acrylic in whatever colors I had. These colors are actually the exact same colors as the favorite teddy bear I've had since I was born. :-) I made another of these wizard's caps out of a wonderful cashmere and then gave it to my nephew, but I think they lost it. It was lovely hand-dyed in deep blues, violets and earthtones. Unfortunately, I don't have a photo of it. I think I'll make another of these for The Baby. Posted by Hello

I knit these mittens two winters ago as a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law. I'd love to make another pair, but I would make them with a different kind of yarn. These were made with Lion Homespun and are not very warm. They are pretty though, aren't they? Posted by Hello

Felted Bowler Hat

This was my first (and only since!) felted project. I made this hat for my oldest daughter for Christmas. This was such fun to make. When I showed people this HUGE hat that I was knitting and I told them what it was, they never believed me. :-) It was a blast to put it in the washer, watch it shrink down and say, "I told you so." :-)

Sweetheart's Hat and Scarf

Here's my middle daughter modeling her hat and also a scarf I knitted. I didn't make the sweater. I bought it and another at a yard sale for .25 each when my 14 year old was a little girl. :-) Posted by Hello

Kate's Cap

This is a baby hat I made from a pattern called Kate's Cap. I used a stretchy 99% cotton 1% lycra from Classic Elite called Star. It was very fun to work with and is washable. Posted by Hello
